Shenandoah Forum

Fostering informed dialogue about growth and development in Shenandoah County

About Shenandoah Forum
FUNDING:

Until 2006, the Forum had not had any significant expenses.  Funds for the modest costs associated with the community forums held in 2005 were donated by steering committee members and local residents.

In 2006, the Forum was the recipient of a $10,000 flow-through grant to the Shenandoah Community Foundation from the Agua Fund to enable the Forum to strengthen its existing programs and to begin to publicize its efforts in order to bring more voices into the community conversation that the Forum seeks to encourage. This website is an example of the projects funded by this grant.

The Forum will expand its outreach to encourage community members and others to contribute to our efforts.  To learn how you can support our efforts, get involved.

DONATE NOW

Shenandoah Forum depends on charitable donations to cover the cost of our public education and outreach program. Your generous gift will strengthen the Forum's efforts to retain Shenandoah County's rural character, traditional towns and villages, historic places and agricultural economy.
